Subletting always requires the board's written approval. Apply at least six weeks before the intended start — the board meets once a month during the winter season and every second month in summer.

Short-term letting of a mountain home is common here, and the association permits it, but the member remains responsible for guests' behaviour, waste sorting and parking. Repeated disturbances are grounds for withdrawing the permission.

For a transfer, send the purchase agreement to the board together with the buyer's membership application. The processing fee is 1 190 kr and is paid by the seller.
